Cancellation & Refund Policy

ALAYNE COUTURE believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

  • ALAYNE COUTURE does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc.

  • However, we acknowledge refund or replacement requests under the condition that the customer can provide substantiated evidence of product defects within 24-48 hours of delivery. We are dedicated to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers and are committed to promptly addressing any concerns related to defective products with the utmost attention and professionalism.

  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within Only same day days of receipt of the products. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within Only same day days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

  • In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them. In case of any Refunds approved by the ALAYNE COUTURE, it’ll take 6-8 Days days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.

Return:

NO RETURNS AS ALL PIECES ARE MADE TO ORDER. Products will be shipped within 10-15 days from the date of order.

Only Damaged products and size-issued products will get Returned, if the client informs us within 2 days of delivery. We shoot the packaging of every product before dispatch which made the chances of damaged products close to NIL

Colours and Irregularities:
Please note that the product's colour can be slightly different due to photographic lightning sources and your mobile screen settings.


All handmade, handwoven, hand-block printed products may have slight irregularities in the motives and colour which were a result of human involvement in the process and is a hallmark of the handcrafted products

 

Damage and Defect:

Customer is advised to check the ordered product as soon as they receive the product.

All our products passthrough quality checks before they delivered to see you so in case of any dispensing found or damage to the product is noticed. Please contact with us within 24 hours.

Your message should contain comprehensive detail along with images of the defect and a video of damage product delivered to you.

Any complaints after 24 hours of receiving the shipment will not be entertained
